Operating Manual

  • 1. Turn On/ Standby
    Turns on controller or enters standby mode. Previous settings recalled on power up.
  • 2. Demo Mode
    Switches to static mode from dynamic.
  • 3. Static Brightness
    Set brightness to 100%, 50%, or 25%. (Static light mode only)
  • 4. Dynamic Mode
    Switch to dynamic mode from static light mode. In dynamic mode these buttons switch between various dynamic modes.
  • 5. Dynamic Speed
    Adjusts speed of dynamic patterns. Press Speed (+) to increase speed and press Speed (-) to decrease it. Unit will automatically switch from static to dynamic mode when pressed.
  • 6. Brightness Control
    Adjusts brightness in static light mode. Press Bright (+) to increase brightness and press Bright (-) to decrease it. Unit will automatically switch from dynamic mode to static mode when pressed. Dimming adjustment is in 10% increments.
  • 7. Power Supply Wiring
    The main unit can work at DC 5V to 24V power supply. The red cable (or inner pole of DC jack) should be connected to positive and black cable (or outer pole of DC jack) to negative. Make sure the power supply voltage matches the LED strip requirement, incorrect voltage may damage strip.
  • 5. LED Output Wiring
    The red cable (or inner pole of DC plug) should be connected to LED positive and black cable (or sleeve pole of DC plug) to negative. Use LC2 male connector on controller to plug in female LC2 connector on LED strip.
    The peak output current is 12 amperes and maximum constant current is 6 amperes, please reduce load if main unit is overheating.
    CAUTION! Do not short circuit or overload the LED outputs, this may lead to permanent damage!
  • 6. Using Remote Controller
    Please pull out the battery insulate tape before using. The RF wireless remote signal can pass through barrier, so it's not necessary to aim at the main unit when operate. For proper receiving remote signal, please do not install the main unit in closed metal parts.
  • 7. Pairing a new remote
    Before pairing remote, remove plastic tab from battery compartment. Up to three remotes can be paired to a controller.
    1) To pair the remote, remove power from the controller for 5 seconds.
    2) Re-apply power to controller and within 5 seconds, press and hold 100% and 25% buttons for 5 seconds.
    Note: A remote can be unpaired by pairing new remotes until memory of the first remote is erased.
